Exchange Policy Rules

WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY AND ALL EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR RECIEVED ITEMS. IF YOU DIDN’T RECIEVE YOUR ITEM PLEASE CONTACT US HERE. The exchange policy is in good faith and with a open heart.

Our Exchange Policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all its original packaging (sticker & hangtag) in tact.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsable for the shipping cost for the return and the redelivery of your new item. You will need to send a pre-paid flat rate USPS envelope like the one we sent to you along with your exchanged item. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 32 Seabird Ct. Newport Beach California United States 92663.

We will replace you item if its defective or damaged. We also will exchange it if you just dont like it. If you need to exchange it for the same item or a different one, send us an email by filling ot the RMA form. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notifing you if your item is approved or rejection for your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed. We will contact you and get your feedback on what you want. We will deliver your new item within a certain amount of days given.

Sale items will not be exchanged. Only regular priced items may be exchange, unfortunately sale items or give aways can not be exchanged.

Depending on the time to make your order and where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will do our best to inform you when you can expect your new item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
