What can you expect?
Each hat is custom hand made by our talented Artist(s). They take pride in their work, and try to produce the very best for you.
How long will it take to get my Custom Hat?
The turnaround is often based on the complexity of the design. An estimated time will be sent to you in an email. We try to have them sent out within about 3-4 weeks from the order. You have to also gauge for the shipping which is totally out of our hands.
Are the hats wearable and will they get damaged?
The hats are totally wearable. They have been warn in the water and through mud. In the blazing sun and the freezing cold. Dirt should come off with water and a sponge. You can also use a light amount of soap like a drop of light dish soap. Although, they should be taken care of like a piece of Art, and can’t be totally protected from damage.
Can I Return or Exchange the Hat?
It was once said, eye is in the beholder. So, we offer a simple exchange policy. You don’t like it; and we will make you another hat. The hat must be returned before 30 days from your delivery and it must be unworn in original condition with it’s tags and stickers. You must pay the shipping for the return. The original hat will then be sold on our site as one of our Original designs.
Do you sell worldwide?
Yes. We can send our hats to any location. There will be an additional shipping fee for all products out of the county.
Can we re-use the customer designs.
Yes. We will try to keep all personal submissions private, but we reserve the right to re-use any designs that we finish on our hats. This is part of the creative process. Since all the work is made by hand, the design will always vary, so you are sure to have a one of a kind hat.
Can I see a sketch of the art before you make it?
Yes. If it’s a Custom hat, we can show a rough idea of the design before we make it. This is a fast pencil or ink drawing; similar to getting a tattoo. We don’t offer full finished renderings. This will obviously add to the time it takes to finish the order by a few days. We trust that you believe in our work though, and know you will be stoked with the final piece.
Will I be able to make suggestions about the art?
Yes. You will be able to add comments in the ordering process. Our Artist(s) will also go to great lengths to get the design the way the client requests by further communication by email or phone.
What designs will you not do?
We will not do any pornographic or vulgar work. Your order will be canceled right away. We also have the right to refuse any Custom design based on our artists final approval. You will be given an explanation and a full refund.
What sizes do you sell?
All our hats are “One Size Fits All”. If for some reason the hat don’t fit, we will take the hat back for a full exchange.
Do you sell in any stores?
Yes. We have a few local stores in California and plan to take the hats to many more. Please stay tuned for further updates.
How can I pay?
We accept major Credit Cards and Paypal.
Is shipping included?
No. We add a flat $5 fee in the final price of the hat for Ground USPS. Unlike some people, we don’t take advantage of this to make for Profit$ We add it to the order for international.
